    Hi, i found an issue on my website that the abandonment carts are not tracking properly. While checking some some cart abandonment plugin could able to see the abandonment carts but not a single plugin are sending emails. I thought it was a mistake from emails, but when we send test email for abandoned carts or we manually send email to the users work

    i tried by clearing catches, using incognito as well to find out what’s going. The wp cron on WordPress has already enabled and working. Woocommerce is not in the latest version as well ( Current 8.1.1 ).

    i tried using multiple plugin to see if its the issue of the plugin. But still doesn’t work and the new plugin i use unable to see the cart atleast.

    Please help on this?

    It seems like there could be multiple factors contributing to this issue.

    First, the fact that WooCommerce is not in its latest version could be a potential cause. I highly recommend updating to the latest version of WooCommerce., as it comes with new features and includes bug fixes and improvements for issues that could possibly be affecting your site. Please ensure to back up your site before proceeding with the update.

    Also, please share the following for us to better understand your setup:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file which has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.
