Cart abandonment

Is there a way. Or can you give us a way to add information to the submit page on coinbase. We get a great many people who cancel the checkout when they hit the bitcoin page but we have no way of helping complete the transaction in other ways or learn more about coinbase.

We have information about creating coinbase accounts but the checkout process UX just seems to dead end at the cryptocurrency page. I would like to put other links at the bottom or an email address to contact the site with questions.

As a UX algorithim it is pretty bad and costs us a great deal of orders.

We love crypto and want to keep using it as an option but need a way to customize the checkout process.
