Cart amount restriction causes checkout to nonstop load

    Hi,
    I’ve just installed this plugin to my under construction webshop, and during testing I encountered the following error:
    If I set “Disable if cart amount is greater or equal than” then if this limit is reached, the bottom part of the checkout page (where the total price, the delivery cost and the payment methods are) won’t stop loading, and I can’t proceed to the next step.
    Under the animated loading icon I can see that COD isn’t there among the payment options, so this part would work if the loading would stop.
    I’m using the latest WooCommerce (4.5.1), but WordPress isn’t updated yet to the latest (I tend to wait a bit with this – could this be the cause?).

    Hi,
    No I don’t think WP version is relevant.
    Did you setup an additional message to inform about COD unavailability?
    If yes please remove this and test again.

    Also please send us the PHP error in order to trace the problem. When the screen “stucks” an error is produced. You can catch this on devtools/network “?wc-ajax=update_order_review” request.
    Don’t forget to set WP_DEBUG to true

    This is probably due to your theme checkout customization!
    If you could trace the error we can release a fix, in order to have your custom messages working as well

    I’m trying to, but I don’t really know how to do this devtools thing you are asking for (I’m not a real WP pro…). Can you please give a more detailed help? Debug is set to true now, that I know, because a plugin is being developed for our page. Thanks!

    Please ask from your host provider to send you any woocommerce smart cod related php errors from your error log, and send it here

    Sorry for answering so late. I was trying to get some info from my host provider, then trying some debug log. But now that I tried to make the error (use a custom message), there was no problem, it worked! ?? So the issue is solved (maybe an update helped).
