• Hi!

I noticed both cart and checkout pages have gone wrong. With an item in the basket – when viewing cart page – there is only the grey “loading” boxes – where the order summary and checkout details would normally be. This is also the same on the checkout page – grey boxes with the transition effect to show ‘something loading should be here’.

    Work ok on desktop,

What has gone wrong here? Any and all suggestions and advice most welcome!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @itsmefti,

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce Support.

I tried to check the issue on on my end (mobile device as well as desktop), but everything seems to be working fine. Could you guide me through your steps so we can replicate the issue?

Feel free to include screenshots, so that we can see what you are describing. If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed,?https://snipboard.io?is a good option – for uploading it there and sharing the link here afterward.

There is also a walkthrough guide here:?https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi,

Ah yes – I read a few articles and similar issues.

I rolled back my theme file and disabled the Litespeed cache plugin.

Also removed “/cart” and “/checkout” from being cached via Cloudflare.

That seems to have worked. The latest WC update seemed to knockout a few things and I seem to have been fixing things since!

Whether its WC or themes – lol slighty perturbed by the frequency of things that go wrong and break after updates. Seriously thinking of another service! No gripe – just can’t be worrying constantly at every update breaking my site! Maybe Shopify is more stable?

Hi there @itsmefti , thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

Kindly note, what’s been reported here as necessary to rollback, for the site to be functional again, is related with the server setup and caching – not WooCommerce directly.

The first step to building your business on WooCommerce is to choose your host. A good host ensures your store is fast, available, and secure for your customers — that’s why it’s critical to have a trusted solution. These are our top hosting recommendations for WooCommerce?stores.

    I hope this helps!
