Cart block rounded issue with shipping

    So I have tax of 20% and decimal places set to 2 and prices inclusive of tax to display – same with shipping BUT within the cart block the shipping is rounding up?

    but its correct in the old checkout page

    if I change decimal places to 3 it shows ￡7.950 but when showing 2 decimal places it says ￡7.96 which seems nonsense?

    any ideas how to get the cart block to display correct price of ￡7.95?

    I think that I have tracked this back to a plugin – so I am asking them – I will update if they concur
