Cart button missing on Variations

    After upgrading to 2.4.6 on any products using Variations I am not able to see the ad to cart button. I am using using a custom theme but have tried switching to twenty fifteen and the same thing happens.

    What could be causing this and how can I fix this as it was all working fine till the upgrade.
