Cart discount – apply to every product instead of total price

I am looking for a plugin that will be compatible with my invoice program. My invoice program calculates a percentage discount per product, instead of the total value.

All the plugins I’ve dealt with calculate a certain percentage discount in relation to the total value. Because of this, I get strange values when uploaded to the invoice program.

Can your plugin calculate the percentage discount in the shopping cart with reference to each product, instead of to the total value?

I am not a specialist in this subject, and English is not my native language, so forgive me any shenanigans ??
