    Target Rule ==============================

    When there are 1 each of product categories A,B,C & D in the cart, discount 10.

    Cart Discount Rule================

    Conditions:

    Type: Categories in Cart
    Value: (4 product Categories)

    Type: Sub Total at Least
    Value: 30

    Discount:

    Discount Type: Price Discount

    Value: 10

    Error ==============================

    Rule works properly, but does not seem to update properly if changes are made to the cart.

    To reproduce the error;

    1. add 1 of each prdouct category to the cart.

    2. Note that discount of 10 has been applied

    3. Add another product (example; lipstick) and delete 1 product (example; blush) so that 1 product category is missing, but total is 30 at least

    4. Note that even though 1 product category is missing from the cart, the discount has not been removed.

    Please let me know how or when this can be fixed.

    Hello Rick

    I have got your email with this regard as well and replied to it.

    Please go to the plugin settings and set the Force Refresh cart widget to YES and save. And check if that solves the issue.
    If not, please do let us know.

    Meanwhile, our firewall might have detected an issue with the submission and blocked it. However, you can always reach us via the email or through the live chat.

    The “Force Refresh Cart Widget…” is already set to yes.

    I see there have been a few updates since I posted this problem.

    I am hopeful that they may have included the “AND” condition you mentioned in the email reply.

    Could you please let me know if this is the case?

    For the benefit of others experiencing this issue, here is what you replied by email regarding this problem;

    “Categories in cart condition is an “OR” condition.
    It checks if products from ANY one of the categories exist ?
    That is if just 1 product from any one of the selected categories in the cart exist, the rule would work and the discount will apply.

    We do not have an AND condition for categories (in order to check at least one product from each category exists)

    We have the AND condition for categories in our feature request list already. We will consider implementing it in the future releases.”

    Thank you for reaching out.
    Yes. We have implemented the AND operator for the Category condition in the cart rules.

    So you can create rules like:

    Apply a discount only when products from Category A and B and C is present in the cart. If only products from Category A and B are added, discount will not apply.

    This is included in the latest releases of the Woo Discount Rules.
