I see there is some server cache enabled. Please make sure to either exclude the WooCommerce pages from the server cache (Cart, Checkout, My account pages). Your host can help you with this.

There is also a third party cart plugin Endurance Page Cache: by Mike Hansen – 2.0, if disabling cache doesn’t help, can you try to disable this plugin and test again?

Sorry for missing out the details for that. I see Endurance Page Cache: by Mike Hansen – 2.0 as a must-used plugin, so perhaps it comes from your server. Your host will be able to help to disable the server cache.
