As you can see, in the first photo is on a normal user of the shop. Well, on the admin side it’s showing up my cart. I don’t understand why is this happening.

In admin mode it’s showing right the Cart, when I want to go on my phone, another laptop as an example and I want to see the cart is empty blocks. Please help me with this issue because I started to promote my business.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots and what you’ve experienced. It looks like you’re facing some sync issues between devices and user roles with your cart. Your situation certainly seems frustrating.

First thing, please try to clear your browser and site cache. This often solves visual issues brought by outdated cache. Also, check if the the versions of your plugins are up to date including WooCommerce and WordPress core. It could be a conflict causing trouble.

For a deeper dive, can you share if you’re using any cart customization plugins or services? Looking forward to your response.

I don’t use any cart customization plugin. I also deleted the cache and I still the same issue. Any advice?

Hi @andi99

Thanks for confirming that. Sometimes, this happens because of outdated plugins. Could you check if your WooCommerce plugin and WordPress core are updated?

I’d also like to take a closer look at your site’s setup. Could you please send us the system status report so we look for other possible causes? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, clicking Get system report, and then selecting Copy for Support.

Also, please share any fatal error logs found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs (if there are any).

Hi there!

I’m seeing some JavaScript errors on the cart page that might be causing the issue. To further troubleshoot, could you please try clearing your server-side cache or deactivating any caching plugins you may be using?

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please run a conflict test to identify the root cause. I recommend creating a staging site, deactivating all plugins, and removing any custom code you’re using on your site. Then, activate a default WordPress theme like Storefront and check if the issue is resolved.
