    Hello,

I have a lot of trouble with the cart-page.
When adding a product in the cart and go then tot the cart-page, the cart-page shows ‘no products…’ so the cart is empty. When reload twice the browser, then the product is in cart.
This is not handy and is a bad UX for customers.
Some customers say it to me about the issue.
So this problem is not only on my computer/laptop Chrome/Firefox/Safari , but with everyone usd the webshop.

Trying adding a caching (LiteSpeed) plugin (the hosting used LiteSpeed).
Hope anyone can help me fix this issue.

PS: the mini cart icon shows the quantities correctly, strange…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Yes, i read it, and i know about thé WooCommerce options, bit nothing helps.

    Hello again,

Clear the browser cache and disable it. You can do that for your other problem too (disable browser cache in the browser).

    Hi Tishu,

For me as developer this is no problem, but can’t say to the customers clear every time.your cache.

If it happens to all your customers too, it’s very likely that your hosting company is using some kind of server caching. This is not something you can solve yourself. You’ll need to get in touch with them and ask them to either switch of caching for your site or to at least add exceptions for your cart and your checkout pages. Tell them that you are running an ecommerce store on your site, so they understand why you need these exceptions.

    Hi @valedeoro,

I asked the hosting company, He say’s, ‘that i’m the only one with this problem’.

I have also another Woocommerce webshop by the same hosting company and works without problem. I suspect the same thing.
Test the webshop by another hosting company, and there the webshop works correctly without issues.

That doesn’t answer the question if they are caching your site from a server level ??

    Hi,
    Thé problem is solved.
Finding old caching code that not more compatible with the hosting in the htaccess file. That was the issue.
