I’m having an issue with the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin where i’ll add a product then shortly after remove it (for testing) and a few hours/days later as I have it set for the recovery email.. I still get a message saying my cart will expire soon and to checkout. Though when I click on the link, it goes to my empty cart. How do I set it up so if someone does empty their cart before they leave the site, the plugin removes their name from the list of ‘recoverable orders’? Is this a bug, or do I not have something configured correctly?

    Hello @pogle,

Thank you for reaching out to us. It should not happen, actually.

As if the cart total is zero, then plugins do not add it to the recoverable list. Can you please check what the cart total is showing for such orders?

Are you using any plugin that works with the Cart & checkout page of Woocommerce?
If yes, then can you please check by deactivating it?

Let us know how it goes.
