cart error , customiser wont load

  • running x theme , having cart erorr – not showing anything on cart page
    customiser wont load either now
    had php memory upgraded by bluehost to 128
    now have ftp access to do editing and have updated entire theme but still having issue , even when i switch to generic twentythirteen theme . In 2013 theme it will load cart but not customiser
