Cart Icon NOT changing NOT moving

Even when selected a different style of Heather-cart-icon it does not change?Could you please advise on how to proceed?
AND on a separate topic but still related to the cart-icon:
Could you also indicate to me how to configure the MENU and the CART-icon to be further from each other when the responsive mode is on – hens for mobile phones and tablets?
