Hi and thanks for a great plugin! We are using the Lite version.

There’s an issue on mobile with the menu widget for adding the cart icon to menus. With today’s release of v. 2.21, the cart menu icon again works perfectly well on desktop. But the cart icon is now missing from the mobile menu again.

A previous update seemed to have fixed that mobile menu cart icon problem. Maybe it’s an issue you are already aware of.

Is there a way for us to get the cart menu item to show up on the mobile menu?

FYI – it’s not a theme issue. We switched to Twenty Nineteen on our staging site to test and the cart icon was still missing from the mobile menu.

Hey there, thanks for letting me know about this.

Are you using a dedicated WordPress menu for mobile? Is the custom “cart icon” menu item added to this menu like the desktop menu?

Just to rule out any conflicts, have you tried disabling all your other plugins as well to see if it shows up?

    Hey Andrew,

Apologies for the delayed response here.

Yes, we use the dedicated WordPress menu for mobile. Yes, we added the custom cart icon menu item to the menu like the desktop menu.

And finally, yes we tested this on our staging server with other plugins disabled and still have the issue.

We’ve updated the staging server to 2.2.3, but still have the same issue.

@andrewmrobbins I thought I was clear last time but I’ll try again.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
