• Hello there, although I have enable the option from Appearance/Woocommerce/Menu Cart/Hide Empty Cart (On) and also enabled Display Cart When Product Added (set to Yes), the cart icon in mobile view is ALWAYS there no matter what. Even with or without items in it, it keeps showing. In desktop view working perfectly as it should.
    How can i fix this?

  • Hello @timberwolfdk,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Please share a live URL from the issue,
I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end: https://postimg.cc/gallery/srSV2fxL.

Please let us know how we can replicate this issue somewhere other than your site. Once we can reproduce the issue we’ll check it deeply.

However, it seems it’s a cache issue, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, in Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools; and finally use hard-refreshing keys and recheck the issue. To refresh the page, please follow the steps explained in this link:

Thanks @skalanter for your response but nothing is working. I regenerated Elementor’s assets, disabled my W3 cache plugin and I always check the changes in a new incognito browser instance and always with hard refresh. Nothing changed. The site is the “https://timberwolf.gr”.

In desktop everything seems fine but if you change in tablet/mobile view the cart icon appears and it shouldn’t!

    Any other suggestion?

    Hello @timberwolfdk,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Now that you’ve shared your website link, I see that you are using a custom header. This header type is not something we control for our product.

In this case, you need to check how your page builder provides this functionality and build it according to your needs. In the Elementor section/widget settings, you can hide or show a section or widget in the “Responsive” tab under the “Advanced Settings”: https://elementor.com/academy/elementor-responsive-101-all-you-need-to-know/.

    I hope it helps.

I don’t think is a header matter. I tried everything. Disabled my custom Elementor Header and menus with no avail. I also found that I cannot even change the Cart icon from Theme’s customizer (whatever I choose remains the same both in the Child and Main Theme).

If there is a code help through functions.php file or CSS please let me know because it is very frustrating this Cart icon behavior.

    Thanks

OK. Nevermind I solved this by using a third-party plugin.

I’m glad that you were able to resolve that.
