    My developer, Louis Amiot, has been speaking with you on Slack regarding a bug with the Shopping Cart for a site we’re working on.

    The issue is:
    When products are added to the cart, the cart remains empty, and the currency shows in USD when my client’s Shopify installation is shown in EUR.

    My developer tells me that he presented a solution to the issue to you in January and has been repeatedly told that the bug will be fixed “next week”.

    This bug is now holding my client’s website back from launch – it’s the backbone of the entire site. If the plugin does not work then we risk being in breach of contract with my client if we cannot launch in the next 2 weeks.

    Additionally, my client has paid for the plugin already, but without a functioning plugin his money is wasted.

    I will also contact you via Slack with my developer , but I kindly request that the bug is fixed immediately.
