Hi,

Upon inspection, we found that the addon data is not showing on the cart because the option to display it there is disabled. However, the data is appearing correctly at checkout.

We also noticed that your form style is broken. To correct this, please add the following style:

div.product form.cart {
flex-wrap: wrap !important;
}

Looks like an compatibility issue with theme, please add the below CSS to your Appearance>> Customize>> Additional CSS.

.wcpa_cart_has_fields .wcpa_cart_meta p {
color: #7400FF;
}
.widget_shopping_cart_content .wcpa_cart_has_fields .wcpa_cart_meta p {
color: #ffffff;
}
