Cart just shows placeholders

    If I view the cart after adding an item, all I get is the flashing placeholders. I don’t get the ‘cart is empty’ warning. Initially this was only happening when I was in incognito mode as a guest user, but now it is doing the same when I am logged in.

    I think users are getting the same issue, as I’m getting lots of abandoned carts.

    UPDATE: I’ve been through all the plugins, and it is Jetpack Boost which is causing the issue.

    Thanks for sharing the update with us.

    It seems like there’s a conflict between the Jetpack Boost plugin and your shopping cart functionality.

    As a first step, I would recommend deactivating the Jetpack Boost plugin temporarily to see if this permanently resolves the issue.

    I was able to check your site and can confirm the issue seems to have been fixed.
