Cart, login below search box after search box suddenly shrunk

Hi there,
Somehow the search box shrunk and cart icon as well as log in icon (which were normally aligned with the search box) ended up vertically aligned without any logical reasons.
Not sure why it happened, I updated a couple of plugins thinking that could have been the problem, but still nothing.
Any help would be great,

After checking your website, everything looks good on my end. I have tested your site using Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
