    Hello, I have installed your plugin, and I have created a rule so that a certain type of shipping the shipping costs are free, so far correct, the problem is that when a product with free shipping and another with shipping costs is added to the cart shipping with cost, at the end the shipping costs for that order are not shown.
    Thank you

    Hi,

    If you don’t want the free option to be available when a certain product is in the cart you can add a condition like;

    – Contains product / class – not equal to – XY

    Cheers,

    Sorry I use google translate and maybe I have not explained myself correctly.
    The problem is that when a customer adds to the shipping cart with expenses, the shipping costs are effectively seen, but if a product with free shipping is added later, the shipping costs are no longer shown, so any customer who makes a purchase of several products with shipping costs, if you later add one with free shipping costs, the shipping costs of the rest of the orders disappear.
    I want that in the customer’s order there may be products with shipping costs and with free shipping, but that only the costs of the products that have shipping costs are charged.
    Thanks for answering quickly.
    Cheers

    Hi,

    The ‘hide other rates when free is available’ setting can be what is causing the paid rate to be hidden.

    You can split the cart into separate packages if you want to show paid and free shipping products; https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/

    Cheers,
    Jeroen
