    Hello,

I’m using the following plugins for my cart process on my website:

    – Woocommerce
    – Woo Side Cart by Xootix

After trying this with multiple devices, it looks like some times, when I add more than one product the Woocommerce cart only shows one.

    Here’s the workflow:
    – Access the shop https://www.marcograssiphotography.com/tutorials/
    – Add “Instagram tutorial” to cart
    – Then add “Zelda tutorial” to cart
    – Then click “Cart” on the Woo Side Cart (which shows both products)
    – One in the cart, only one product shows.

I assume this has to do something with Woocommerce plugin, because the Woo Side Cart is showing all products correctly.

Please let me know how to fix this!

    Best,
    Jessica

    Really struggling with this.
Now it looks like most of the times 2 products are visible in the cart, but when you add a third one it doesn’t show there unless you remove another one!

Also, I have only 3 products for now and when I add two of them, it automatically adds all of them, or sometimes I add a product but in the cart there is a different one that was not added…

I’ve searched online and it looks like many people have been struggling with this issue. I’ve cleared browser cache, host cache, WP fastest cache plugin cache, reinstalled WordPress, removed custom css for cart, re-installed WooCommerce and cleared cache via WooCommerce tools…

The problem persists and I’m loosing customers and sales, can you look into this? What’s wrong with the cart?

    Thanks.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I was able to take a look at the site, and I also ran into this issue when trying to add all three products to cart. While three products displayed in the mini cart, the actual cart page only showed two items.

Normally, I would say this might be caused by some aggressive server-level caching, but I see that you have already tested this by clearing out all cache. Have you tested the cart with just WooCommerce and a default theme, like Storefront, active? If the problem is not reproducible at that point, you’d want to slowly re-enable features, while testing in between, to see what’s breaking this. For more details, please see: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

If that does not resolve the issue, please copy and paste your System Status Report into this thread so that we can check for any red flags there. You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
