Cart not update when clicked offer

    Hello,
    when Im at the checkout and I click to the offer, the product is not added to the cart: I have to refresh the page to see the product and it’s annoying.

    What can I do?

    Thank you for trying our plugin,

    As per your query, there may be two possible things-
    1. The theme is creating an issue with the plugin
    2. Some third-party plugin is more prioritized that’s why it’s blocking to add products

    In this case, I would recommend you to please try changing the theme and make a trial with deactivating the plugins.

    Hello,
    I tested with health check and the plugin is Uncode WPBakery Page Builder:
    we use Uncode theme, one of the top 10 theme used in WordPresse.

    Do you know how to fix it? because your plugin is awesome, and we will purchase the PRO version for our sites.

    So I have again tested with the Uncode theme & the plugin is working perfectly, the products are adding to the cart, and also if you want to update more products.
