Cart Not Updating WooCommerce Product Add-ons for members

When a member logs into the website and adds additional registrants, the cost of these additional (add-on) items/registrants is not reflected in the checkout price. If I select 5, 6, 7, etc from the “Register Additional Adjusters” then navigate to the cart, the prices is wrong. It is only for users who are logged in but does update correctly when not logged in. I disabled this plugin and it did the trick. But now I cannot sell the same product to different membership levels.
