    Here is our issue:

    The Following Athlete: Eric ********** has been trying to place an order on the site for 2 unit of Klean Isolate and 2 Klean omega and every time he this submit the page refreshes, and appears no order has been processed.

    MsSacred – In all likelihood, we’re going to need to get access to the server to get things resolved. I’d recommend contacting your host or logging into your control panel to see what needs to happen to get FTP credentials.

    Hm…after latest update on WP4.0 at adding product to Cart it keeps loading… (It does add the products)

    Went back to original theme which was freshly updated with no Modifications = Same issue :-/

    WP Engine is not running 5.4, so if 5.4 is required, then that’s a serious problem.

    I have WPEC Beta installed on my staging environment and onclick the purchase button, it is still reverting back to the cart page. Won’t launch the PayPal checkout page.

    Hi Tony,

    No, PHP 5.4 is not required for WP eCommerce. That said, it’s sort of insane that WP Engine isn’t running PHP 5.4+.

    Is your staging site live and visible anywhere? Would be happy to take a look to see if we can find out what’s going on.

    Hi Justin,

    Yes, I will push it to staging and send you the staging address to your email.

    WP Engine are currently testing 5.4, but have not yet deployed.

    Also experiencing a check out problem:
    Payment gateways selected paypal 2 and testgateway.

    When testgateway is select by customer the transaction result page is not found (transaction-results/?sessionid=8191416223212).

    I have tried to disable the two PayPal gateways but same error occurred.

    Am lost, any help is appreciated…. THANKS, Martin

    Make sure that the Transaction Results page actually exits on your store.
