Cart not working

same one that was working… it was working and then just stops working. why?

i even added this shortcode too… [always_show_wp_shopping_cart] and each time i use a button to add a product it just goes to the cart page but adds nothing. like i said, it was working.

For testing purposes, can you add both shortcodes to a new test page. Then carry out a test. Let me know if the product is displayed in the cart on the same test page.

The other option you can take, is to disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

just tried both tests… neither works to resolve issue

also tried changing paypal open in new tab setting- doesnt create a new tab

Hi, can you share the shortcode you are using for one of your products? Also, if you added the cart shortcode to another page or post, you have to add that page or post URL to the following settings “Automatic redirection to checkout page”.

yes, auto redirect is checked, proper page is in the field… here are several products… as i stated, it all was working fine. then just stopped showing the actual cart itself. what happens when you try to click on a product on my website? https://www.facesofbflo.com

Can you try the following shortcode. Your double quotes looked wrong to me and I have fixed them. Let me know if this works. Also the same applies to your other shortcode above.

they dont look like that on my wordpress site, they look like yours. but i tried yours anyway and no it still doesnt work.

what event causes the cart page to display the cart contents?

Hi, I forgot to ask you. Have you set up the following feature in your PayPal account as well? Without this option the cart will not work.

i had not done that, but i just did and i cleared my cache and still, doesnt show the cart.

as i said though, it was working before.

I just carried out a test in my dev site using WordPress default theme Twenty Seventeen which is the theme you are using in your site and it works for me. I even used one of your shortcodes above.

Can you enable Enable Debug option. This is located under Simple Cart -> Settings -> General Settings. Then carry out another test, check the log file and report back with your findings.
