Cart not working on phone

  • Hello,

    As far as I’m concerned the plugin should work fine on mobile and different devices. It works perfect on desktop but when checking the site in my phone the cart doesn’t work – it redirects to the homepage.

    Is this a common issue? Is there a solution for that?

    Hi @gmzbri ,

    Can you please provide a link to your published site with WPC Fly Cart enabled so that we can check it on mobile devices for you?

    Very often, when our plugin works on desktop version but not on mobile one, it’s because the theme you’re using lacks some certain components for our fly cart to function properly. You can kindly contact your theme developers as well to ask for their help with the mobile version.
