    Is there a page that gathers orders or is customer information gathered on a Contact Form? For example, in the PayPal Simple Shopping Cart there is a link in the dashboard which lists all of the purchases made by customers.

    Nope, there is no history / profile management. This plugin is sending the cart to PP, and theses infos are available to seller and customer PP back-office. It’s more secure.
    If you like to get it, there is Contact Form plugin who store message in a local table otherwise, but email received from the form, is simple and easy to manage.
