cart page 404 when not signed in

    I have a standard, nearly un-customized woocommerce site I’m setting up, WC version 2.0.13, theme is “mystile”. When user not signed in, I get a 404 page not found going to the cart page or checkout. It does allow me to add items to the cart as an anonymous user. Is this by design? We definitely prefer users not have to sign in to buy products.
