Thanks for the quick response.
I’ve ticketed WOOCS for the same issue as well. The reason I am opening a ticket here is that I tested “Price Based” and got the exact same issue.

Would like to see which plugin could solve this issue and we will go pro with it.
Please let me know if a staging website with “Price Based” activated will help the diagnosis.

Thanks so much for the quick response.
I did a test followed by your result and found that there’re different behaviours to different currencies.

1) correct – when the product is in the website’s default currency (same as your test)
2) error – when the product is in a different currency (plugin in action)

What country have I to use to see the issue?

The issue we are experiencing is HKD (Hong Kong).
