    I’m not denying that something about the plugin could be causing the problem, however, this is the only report I’m getting about it with 10k+ users. That tells me there is something unique about the combination of our plugin and your theme, and it can be fixed within the theme.

    Again, we’re going to see if we notice anything, but the quicker fix would probably be to adjust the theme’s CSS accordingly.

    I understand. Totally.
    I just emailed the developer (again!) & waiting for their reply.
    Thank you for your help in advance!

    Hi,
    I got that issue sorted (it was caused by css of the plugin), by adding this:
    .woocommerce .cart-collaterals .cart_totals, .woocommerce-page .cart-collaterals .cart_totals {
    width: 48.7179%;
    }

    Cheers

    Glad you got it worked out!

    Hello. I just want to know where I have to add that code to. I have the same issue.

    @insanityartz, it depends on the theme or plugin that is causing the CSS conflict. Can you provide a link to your site? I can take a quick look with Firebug to see if I can give you a tip.

    My website is https://insanityartz.com/store
    Thats the link to the WooCommerce store. Its messed up with the cart and checkout.

    I can’t seem to add anything to the cart. I tried adding the Stone Wall Stripe, but it’s giving me form validation errors that aren’t accurate. For example, I entered the letter “A” for the “Letter on icon” option and I entered a valid email address but it’s giving me this validation error when I try to add to cart

    The maximum allowed length for “Letter on icon (1-2)” is letters.
    The maximum allowed length for “Email To Send To” is letters.

    Oh sorry about that. Its fixed

    My last reply was meant to say: Sorry about that. Should be able to add the items to your cart now

    I see that your cart page is not rendering correctly, but that seems like a lot more going wrong than what our plugin could potentially cause.

    Are you absolutely sure it’s our plugin doing that? Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if the issue goes away?

    Thanks for your reply. I’ll try that later!

    Still not fixed :/

    Does it look ok with nothing but WooCommerce enabled?

    Ill check
