Hi, I have a website built with wordpress based on Astra free theme.
The strange thing happening is that if a add a product the minicart updates while the cart page does not update.
I already checked the wp fastes cache plugin configuration and it looks all ok.

    Can someone please help me?

    Hello @susanna961,

Did you try to disable all plugins and to see will it work then? It could be a plugin conflict or a plugin settings causing that to malfunction, I see a “jQuery not defined” error in the console -> https://prnt.sc/V1CjvEVTvkU7 – which usually happens when there is a plugin conflict or when some plugins for optimization are used. Review your optimization plugin settings, it’s very likely that something from the plugin is causing the issue. But you can disable plugins first and re-enable them individually to find the exact cause.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @susanna961,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Just to add to what @wpmajestic has already shared.

It’s worth checking whether you’ve enabled AJAX add to cart buttons on archives in WooCommerce settings. You can find this setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Products. This allows products to be added to the cart without the need to refresh the page.

If that’s not the issue, it could be a conflict with another plugin or the theme itself. To check for this, you can temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront. If the issue resolves, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the culprit.

Lastly, it could be related to caching. Even though you’ve checked the WP Fastest Cache plugin configuration, it might be worth asking your host to clear any server side cache.

Let us know how this goes.

Hi! Thanks for your help @wpmajestic and @ckadenge !
In fact it was a situation created by the optimization plugin, I contacted their support and resulted that I was missing one configuration for php since cart widget works with ajax but cart page with php.
    Now it’s all working fine.

    Best regards.
