Cart payment method condition problem

I have found a bug of the plugin.
When I set a discount rule using “Cart payment method” condition and if the customer fails to pay with his credit card he gets returned to the “Chekout -> Pay” woocommerce endpoint where he can change the payment method, but the discount condition does not get recalculated.
This way our customers can get the discounts for any other payment methods which is far form ideal for us.
Could you please look at this problem and let me know if you can fix please.
