Cart price – rounding

Is it possible – either by adding some code in functions.php or via plugin – to round up or down either the individual product price or cart totals, so that final price the customer sees are round the price up to the nearest 5 cents.
To explain, our client only wants prices to end with a .50 or .95, in other words we need to round up or down to the nearest .05 cents if this makes sense.
We are using a drop ship feed with recommended prices so it is not possible to set products prices in this way, they will just be overwritten next time the feed is imported.
Does anyone know if this can be achieved easily?
