Generally, “free” and authorize.net don’t appear in the same sentence. If all you need is a simple cart, there are several that use Paypal.

In Ecwid, you can use this extension to add custom checkout fields to ask more details from the customers at checkout: https://www.ecwid.com/apps/featured/checkout-questions

This isn’t free though. It will require you to have a paid Ecwid subscription ($15/month) and the extension itself will cost $5/month.
