    We have a problem where some customers don’t start with an empty cart the next time they visit our website. Some also report that when removing product they’ll return after a few minutes. Clearing the browser cache works, but for some the problem returns after a few weeks. We’ve tried clearing session weekly, but this doesn’t seem to help.

    What could be causing this?
