Cart suddenly stopped appearing

    Was working fine for at least a year now suddenly the cart doesn’t appear when the add to cart button is clicked.
    A day before I noticed this issue, my site was down for a few hours due to the url being changed. The site is back but now the cart doesn’t work any more.
    I ended up not keeping the url change, so it’s the same as when the cart was working. I also disbled Wp Super Cache plugin. Otherwise nothing has been changed on the site.
    Any help appreciated! I’m losing saies!

    Hi, can you enable Debug Mode. Setup a testing page, don’t publish the page on your site. Add one of your products and the shopping cart. Carry out a test by completing a transaction. Then check the log file. Share the log file results here without revealing any personal information.

    I don’t think it worked, or I didn’t do something right

    Can you confirm that your PayPal IPN is set up correctly?

    Instant Payment Notification? not sure. I don’t see that as a setting in the plugin.

    I take pay pal payments everyday with pay pal here, it’s working as usual. I don’t see an IPN setting in my pay pal account.

    okay I found it and did as instructed but still no cart.

    it’s a pay pal business account.

    I’ve used this plugin on other sites, going back probably 3 years or more. I’ve never experienced this problem.

    What URL did you enter in the IPN path?

    Can you disable and delete the plugin. Then install a fresh copy and carry out another test.
