Cart system for multiple donations at once

    Are there any plans to add a cart system so donors can donate to multiple causes at once?

    It is fine for big charities where they want donors to focus on single causes, or they have large income streams. But all the small charities I work with show at least 30-50% of their donors are making donations for multiple causes in one payment/visit.

    Without a cart system, small charities are really left at a disadvantage.

    Hey @insertdelete – We’re planning on introducing a concept of “Funds” whereby a single donation form can be enabled to support multiple funds.

    When you say “Causes” do you mean separate non-profits? If so, we don’t have plans to set up a cart system for multiple charities/nonprofits. However we DO have plans for a single charity/npo to set up multiple funds within a single donation form that the donor can then give separately to. Let me know what you think!

    When I say causes, I mean multiple ‘donation forms’ at once. All the small charities I’ve worked with use individual donation forms for each ’cause’ they fundraise for.

    The ‘Funds’ concepts seems pretty brilliant and I would be interested in reading more if you have anything published on it yet.
