Cart-Tab doesn't show the translations correctly

I have the translations updated to spanish, in the backend (administration) Cart-Tab plugins shows the correct language (es_ES) but on the frontend the widget keeps showing english strings.
Wordpress is already set to spanish.Thank you in advance for your help.
