    Hi,

    Struggling to get the {{cart.unsubscribe}} function to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? In the test email, it just replaces it with a #

    Hi @tc2022 ,

    We send the dummy data in our test email. We don’t have actual data to add to the test email hence we display the customer’s name as John, two dummy products, the coupon code as TEST COUPON, and the test Unsubscribe link as #, etc. However, when the actual abandoned cart recovery emails are sent out, these merge tags will be replaced with the customer’s cart data.

    Kindly abandon one test cart on your site and see if the Unsubscribe link is working properly for you or not.
