Cart Won’t Clear After Checkout

– Can you provide the WooCommerce System Status Report for the site?
– Does this issue persist when other plugins besides WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce are deactivated?
– Does this issue persist with a different theme?

Thanks for responding to my message, I appreciate your help! Before I share the system report, I’ll answer your last two questions:

1) The issue persists, even when I deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce.

2) The issue persists even when I change themes (I tried a few different options).

Sorry for the delay on our end over the weekend. Thanks for sharing all that detailed information. I can see that this site does meet the minimum requirements to run the plugin as expected. I did some testing on my end in a few different testing environments and was unable to replicate this behavior.

I’m wondering if you would be able to share with me a specific step-by-step workflow you’re taking to consistently reproduce this issue? If it’s possible, a screen recording of this behavior taking place would be helpful to our team as well.

No worries on the delay, I understand how that goes.

I was curious to know why you didn’t run into the issue when you tried to recreate it, so I ran another test and I discovered something else: the issue only occurs when logged into the site, but not when logged out.

Thus, to recreate the problem, the following steps would need to be taken:

1) Log into the site.
2) Add any product(s) to your cart.
3) Go through the checkout.

Is there a way that I could securely send you a username and password to log in, for testing purposes?

Is there any update on that fix? I also encountered the same issue. The only choice I could have is to disable mailchimp, which is a bad solution. Thank you!!

Same issue here. The cart won’t clear. Running 5-6php.. Upgrade to 7.0? Then the setting screen disappears.
