case-sensitive urls

I’m having a problem with urls for my site being case-sensitive. For example, right now /products/productname1/ and /Products/productname1/ are going to two different pages on my site – one is the actual woocommerce product page and the other seems to be a generic page that has just the product image – and I need them all to go to /products/productname1/. How do I fix this?
