Cash on delivery excluding Shipping

    i want to use cash on delivery on my store, but customer must pay for shipping fee online before the order is placed. I don’t know if there’s any plugin that can do that.

    I’m not aware of any plugins that can require customers to pay shipping fee only when they select COD. You’d need to get in touch with a web developer or one of the experts listed here to have that custom-developed for you.
