Cash on Delivery Issu

  • I’m building out a wordpress website and am also using the Woocommerce plugin to allow my customers the ability to order online. When performing a test purchase and selecting the Cash on Delivery as the delivery method. After selecting ‘Place Order’ button the page never redirects. I have the the page sit for an upwards of 6 hours.

    I have posted twice on the Woocommerce forums at woothemes.com and have received absolutely no help. If you can please help me with this asap. As my official site launch is the 7/1/2014.

  • Hi @jeffriesc777, there are 3 suggestions:

    1. Use another delivery method and see the result.

    2. Change to WordPress default theme and try again the Cash on Delivery checkout.
    If this solve the problem, mean is your theme compatibility with latest WooCommerce.

    3. Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and try again.

    I have already performed the first two. All other payment gateways work. Changing the theme doesn’t fix the issues either. I will try disabling the other plugins and see if the works or not and I will let you know.
