Cash on delivery per shipping rule

You can use a plugin like woocommerce smart cod or a conditional logic plugin like woopricely to apply checkout fees based on payment method and shipping zone.

I already had smart COD but it seems that i can’t do the thing that i wanted. Woopricely seems to support it from what i’ve seen in the demo. Thank you
