    Where do I enter the percentage amount of the total order price that I would like the customer to receive as cash back in their wallet?

    @danachew,

    You can set cashback amount from WooWallet > settings > credit option page.
    Please select cashback rule as cart wise and cashback type as percentage and put cashback amount in cashback amount text box.
