Cat nav menu bar redirecting to home page

Hi guys,

I’ve posted this in the 3.1 troubleshooting thread, but I’m including it here in case it is not directly related to 3.1.

I’m sort of the acting webmaster at work, and though I am pretty savvy with running sites and keeping small things afloat, I’m not sure how to resolve this issue.

I just updated to WP 3.1 and mostly it seems to have gone well, but the cat nav that we had set up has stopped working. Where it used to send you through to the various categories (they’re called sections in the URL), now it is just re-directing you back to the home page.

There were one or two pages linked in the catnav bar with menu inserts, and they’re fine. It’s just the category links.

Anyone know how I can fix this? I’m happy to link to the website I’m talking about, but it’s a gentleman’s magazine so the site is rated M15+ and isn’t for work viewing.
