Catalog Image Size Issue

Thumbnails on shop page are cutting off product images. Need to show entire image. Tried changing settings in both Jigoshop image settings and Media settings to no prevail. Even downloaded regen thumbnails plugin and still didn’t change it. Please tell me what else I need to do so I can get this done. Thank you. I have purchased about 3 modules from Jigoshop.com and need this to work.
