    Hi Everyone,

When I upload images from Amazon via Wzone (Woocommerce) in the catalog they are smaller and have a white border around each one. I tried 1:1 and custom 4:3 ratio. Even if I upload a 1024×1024 image the same thing happens.

I regenerate thumbnails and did not resolve the issue.

When I email OceanWP support they said it has nothing to do with them but I am not sure.

Is there any CSS that can resolve these issues? I just want each image to completely fill the catalog boxes even if slightly cropped.

Any help would be great, driving me nuts.

    Hello,

It is not a theme or code specific issue. It happens because the image has a white border or background. Try to save the image locally on your computer and preview it. You will see the border.

I’ll recommend you to contact the plugin support to import the original images instead of adding a white background in the images.

Yep, it is exactly as you said. I opened a ticket with Woocommerce regarding their Wzone app and I will post how this resolves in case anyone else has this same issue in the future. Thanks again for the input!
