    Can the Dokan plugin work in catalog mode? With the use of such a plugin for WooCommerce, of course.

    I do not want the online payment option. I want the buyer to contact the seller, arrange for delivery and other details, and so on.

    You can use Dokan in catalog mode with another plugin.

    Right now DOkan does not have the feature to track the offline payment. So if you use cash on delivery or other offline payment, you need to manage that manually.
